Shipping Information
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) inside UAE after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped to our courier partners.
Deliveries outside UAE may take upto 7 business days depending on the geographical location.
Delivery Charges
You will be charged an amount of AED 25 for shipping the product to your desired location inside UAE.
For deliveries outside UAE, an additional charge of AED 30 will be added up to the shipping charge.

Return Policies
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns if:
Order is delivered within the last 14 days
Order is returned with its invoice and original packaging.
Products are not used or damaged in any way.
Order is not purchased under any promotion or discount.
NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless there is any manufacturing defect.

You can return your order directly to our office at Room: M03 112-191 Nasser Building, Sabka Bus Station, Deira 00000 Dubai, United Arab Emirates via courier or office visit
You should return the product in its original packaging and send/carry your invoice copy or your order confirmation email.
